The 12 London streets where house prices are £10m plus

Figures by Zoopla published on Tuesday show almost 500,000 homeowners in the UK are now property millionaires. According to the figures, the number of streets in Britain where houses are worth over £1m has risen by almost a third since August last year.

Not surprisingly, though, London has the most expensive streets – including Kensington Palace Gardens, the road where the average house is now worth £42.7m. In fact, Kensington is now the most expensive borough, with average house prices of £2.78m, while Knightsbridge (natch) is hot on its heels, with an average price of £2.48m 

What's interesting is that there are now 12 London streets where the average price has topped the £10m mark, meaning they're worth at least 39 times the average UK house, which now stands at £263,705. See below for the 12 streets where not even the standard Lottery jackpot can buy a home…
