Anthony Joshua v Tyson Fury superfight slated for November
A superfight between British world heavyweight champions Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury could take place in November, according to the former’s promoter Eddie Hearn.
Hearn also played down talk of Joshua facing fellow Londoner David Haye in the first defence of his IBF title, which he won by knocking out American Charles Martin inside two rounds on Saturday.

Joshua, 26, appeared to encourage the prospect of taking on former WBA champion Haye, 35, at Wembley Stadium this summer in the wake of his defeat of Martin – only his 16th professional bout.
But Hearn insists that Haye, who meets Arnold Gjergjaj in the second fight of his comeback next month, will likely have to wait until 2017 for a shot at Joshua – unlike current WBA and WBO champ Fury.
“Tyson Fury is our pick because he has got the other two belts, and I think a unification fight has to be a priority,” said Hearn. “Haye against Joshua is a massive fight, probably realistically next spring or summer but Fury could be one for 2016.”
Hearn said Joshua’s next fight could be around the time of Fury’s rematch against Wladimir Klitschko on 9 July.
He added: “We’re going to go in June or July, then Klitschko-Fury is on July 9 and if Tyson wins that fight he will be looking to go November time and so will we.”
