Shengqiang Chen Shengqiang Chen, CEO, JD Finance

Through his advisory boutique, Margaris Advisory, Sprios assists both fintech startups and larger financial institutions strategically. In July 2016, Onalytica ranked him #1 in its list of the top 100 fintech influencers and brands.

Stephen Kelly Stephen Kelly, CEO, The Sage Group plc

Sage is one of only two tech stocks on the FTSE 100 and Stephen is its CEO. In 2015 – his first full year in charge – it made sales of £1.44bn, up 10% on 2014.

Steve Ellis Steve Ellis, EVP head of the innovation group, Wells Fargo

Steve is executive vice president and heads up Wells Fargo's innovation group, an enterprise-wide organisation focused on delivery of next-generation customer-inspired technologies, products, and services. He is also a board member of First Graduate, a non-profit focused on helping young adults become the first members of their families to graduate from college.

Stu Taylor Stu Taylor, CEO, Algomi

Algomi is one of the fastest growing businesses in global fintech and Stu is consistently recognized as one of the leaders in his field, most recently by Dow Jones in 2016.

Tien Tzuo Tien Tzuo, CEO & founder, Zuora

Tien has established himself and Zuora as one of the leaders in the global SaaS industry, powering many of the most renowned subscription businesses' complex billing structures.

Todd Bradley Todd Bradley, CEO, Mozido

Mozido, which is a provider of white-label mobile-payment systems, named Todd Bradley as its CEO in October 2015. The company has raised over $300m at a valuation of over $1 billion.

Tom Blomfeld Tom Blomfield, CEO, Monzo Bank

In the form of Monzo (formerly Mondo), Tom is attempting to build a bank as smart as your phone for people who live on their mobiles. As of August 2016, £20m had been spent through its service.

Valentin Stalf Valentin Stalf, CEO & co-founder, N26

Formerly head of sales at Paymill, Valentin founded Berlin-based NUMBER26 to create the bank account of the future. It has since received backing from notable investors to include Peter Thiel's fund, Valar Ventures.

Vijay Sharma Vijay Sharma, CEO & founder, One97

Vijay is the founder & CEO of One97 – one of India’s fastest growing mobile Internet & mobile commerce companies. He also invests in early stage mobile Internet startups from his company’s One97 Mobility Fund.

Yoni Assia Yoni Assia, CEO & founder, eToro

Yoni is the founder & CEO of eToro, the world’s largest social investment network.
