Antofagasta names chief
CHILEAN miner Antofagasta yesterday appointed Ivan Arriagada Herrera as chief executive of its mining division.
Arriagada, 51, takes up the role at the helm of Antofagasta Minerals with effect from 16 February 2015.
He joins from Codelco, where he has been vice-president of administration and finance since 2012.
He has also worked at BHP Billiton and Shell during the course of his career.
