The name of Mishcon de Reya’s Holborn HQ, Summit House, became all the more pertinent last night as the law firm held the second of its “The Leap” events – aimed at encouraging growth businesses to reach their own summit.

Last night’s theme was the Power of Partnerships. The audience, a mix of venture capitalists, private equity professionals and entrepreneurs saw Cobra Beer founder Lord Bilimoria and CityAM’s own co-founders, Jens Torpe and Lawson Muncaster, speak about what makes a duo dynamic and explore the role of partnerships in Britain’s economic future.

The Leap events will be followed by a report by Mishcon de Reya, published early next year, which will explore growth business subjects ranging from investment to immigration.
