Be a part of a huge regeneration project that’s set to change the area around Ponders End station. With a 20 minute commute into Liverpool Street station via the Greater Anglia National Rail line, commuting into the City will be a breeze. There will be over 1,000 new homes built on site, but the first phase, Alveus, will comprise one, two and three bedroom apartments in a 14-storey tower. New community space, retail and offices will also feature and a marketing suite is open for one and two bedroom apartments.

The final 20 apartments are going on sale this weekend situated directly in front of the London Eye. In total, 97 flats over a 10 storey and a 20 storey building sit on a 5.25 acre Shell Centre site. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments – although the one beds have all sold – and a three bedroom duplex and two penthouses. The homes are decked out with bronze fixtures and fittings and feature direct panoramic and riverside views as well as direct access to London’s South Bank.

This award-winning development on the edge of the City is currently in its last phase of sales. The homes in Neroli House are the last chance to buy here, and there’s a new marketing suite opening up to entice new purchasers. Situated in a 21-storey tower, the apartments overlook the central piazza and the galloping horse sculpture created by artist Hamish Mackie. A full fitness suite is on site, including a swimming pool, and Crossrail comes to nearby Whitechapel station next year.
