BOO SAVILLE
British artist Boo Saville has created a collection of prints that should be unsettling but are actually calming and contemplative – and quite beautiful. Her Ghost series works from images of dead bodies that Saville has found in books and the internet, but she lifts and changes the images through drawing and burning them to bring out their totemic quality. Etchings available from £750 at Other Criteria, 36 New Bond Street. W1S 2RP, 020 7629 5800, www.othercriteria.com.

GLOBE GIRLS
If you like outrageous outfits, singing and dancing, look no further than the drag spectacular The Globe Girls, who are presenting a “Christmas cracker” performance at Gilgamesh restaurant in Camden tonight. Sporting a host of wigs and outrageous costumes, they’ll perform and dance routines from all eras while you enjoy Ian Pengelley’s Asian cooking. Three-course menu for £55, including a glass of champagne. Shows at 7 and 9:30pm at Gilgamesh, Camden Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road, NW1 8AH, Tel: 020 7482 5757.
