Jo Dipple: Three things you didn’t know about UK Music’s CEO

1 During her time working as an adviser at No10 she made tea for both Margaret Thatcher and Nelson Mandela.

2 Jo was ‘Dear Jo’, the Daily Mirror agony aunt. She once took her own advice and pushed for a pay rise by challenging editor Piers Morgan while he was on a golf course. He relented and gave her the rise.

3 At a top London restaurant last year Jo watched as a heated discussion between the rockers Queens of the Stone Age and Arctic Monkeys turned into a bar room brawl.
