Victoria tube station has re-opened after passengers were evacuated

Victoria Tube station has re-opened after it was evacuated due to an emergency.

This morning, Transport for London confirmed there was a person under a train and emergency services were on site.

"The incident is not suspicious in any way and the station is expected to reopen in around 10 minutes time."

The latest from TfL said the Victoria Line says there are now just minor delays after having been severely disrupted.

Passengers were urged to avoid the Tube, while there are reports that the police had arrived:
