Finance boss facing jail time for sexual assaults at Heron Tower HQ

A finance boss is facing time in prison after being found guilty of sexually assaulting women at alcohol-fuelled office parties.

Anthony Constantinou, 35 and boss of foreign exchange trading firm CWM, was found guilty on two counts of sexual assault last month, but the decision could not be reported until today for legal reasons.

The court heard how he pushed one woman against a glass divider in the reception area of his firm's Heron Tower headquarters and kissed her against her will at a party.

He force-fed his other victim wasabi, before following her out of a meeting room, forcing her against a partition and kissing her. The victim likened his behaviour to something out of The Wolf of Wall Street.

Constantinou has been cleared of one other count of sexual assault, while the jury at the Old Bailey hearing could not reach a decision on a further three charges. The prosecution has now announced it will not be seeking a retrial for the further three charges.

The FX boss is due to be sentenced in early November.

Anthony is the son of Aristos Constantinou, a fashion tycoon who was also the victim of the unsolved "Silver Bullet murder", which took place on New Year's Day 1985.
