PAMPERING AT SELFRIDGES
Cutting-edge skin care brand 3LAB will be in situ at Selfridges throughout June and July, inviting shoppers to “experience pure pampering” with its range of treatments, moisturisers, toners and cleansers.

On offer will be express facials, skincare consultations and the chance to win the whole Pure Pampering Collection (worth over £600), which includes the beloved Perfect Cleansing Gel, h serum and M cream. For more info or to book, call Living Beauty on 0207 318 3538. The express facial costs £10 redeemable with purchase.

CAVA AT THE COACH AND HORSES
Clerkenwell’s Coach and Horses is a lovely place to eat and drink in summer with its small but well-formed courtyard, and will become even more so once it is awash in cava. From 22 May to 22 June (or for as long as stocks last) customers can choose from six different Cava producers and get a complimentary glass for every one they purchase. Pair with a home-made pork pie, asparagus with poached duck egg or roast hake with cockles. 22 May-22 June at the Coach and Horses, 26-28 Ray Street, EC1 3DJ, tel: 020 7278 8990.

COLLABORATION AT THE DUCHESS
Collaboration is the companion piece for Taking Sides, Ronald Harwood’s clever exploration of collusions and betrayal. It’s 1931. Composer Richard Strauss and writer Stefan Zweig have developed an artistic relationship. But Zweig is Jewish and the question on the table is to what extent it is possible to keep artistic aspiration and political action separate. Michael Pennington and David Horovitch star, and Philip Franks directs. 22 May-29 Aug, Duchess Theatre, Catherine St, WC2B 5LA; tickets £21-£46 from 020 7432 4220.
