THIS is always a really exciting time of year and everything looks set for a fantastic few days of football. Sportingbet are dangling a rather large carrot to punters – we’re going to add 25% to winning football accumulators this weekend.

It’s great that we’ve got a Premier League game to get stuck into tonight and Manchester United will be viewed as good things by most punters for their trip to Villa Park.

We’re planning to aggressively trade against lots of odds-on favourites away from home in the league this season, so Manchester City’s comfortable win at West Brom on Monday night was an early blow for us.

But we were quite impressed with Aston Villa’s disciplined performance at Bournemouth last week and we’re happy to take a stand against United tonight.

Punters will be licking their lips at the prospects of a number of home favourites on Saturday, while Arsenal will be hoping to bounce back at Crystal Palace on Sunday.

The biggest game of the week, though, comes at the Etihad where City take on champions Chelsea. This looks a tough one to call and whoever wins is going to send out a big message to the rest of the league.

Both meetings between these sides were 1-1 draws last season and I’m sure both managers would be fairly satisfied with a repeat.

Good luck with your punting and landing our accumulator bonus.
