Nick Cowan – CEO – Nick Cowan is a seasoned capital markets specialist with 40 years experience in tier one firms such as Bear Stearns & ING Barings where he served as the former global head of equities and global head of equity trading, managing up to 2,500 employees in 43 countries, including 40 stock exchange memberships. Nick co-founded and served as the CEO of the Gibraltar Stock Exchange and the GSX Group which was acquired by Valereum PLC during January 2024.
